What To Expect

Please click the "Make an Appointment" button and fill out the form. We will contact you after it is filled out to schedule an appointment.

It will depend on what your insurance covers. We will let you know once we check your insurance.

We do not do any medical testing but we may take your height and weight and test your body fat. 

Your initial appointment will be between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Follow up appointments last anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes.

If you are looking for counseling for a specific condition, please specify it on the patient form and we will match you with the best RD for you.

We understand the struggles of making life changes. That is why we are here. We want to help coach you make healthy and realistic changes. You do not need to feel embarrassed if you haven't met your goal before your next visit.
